Born and raised in North Idaho, Gretchen has a passion for this beautiful part of the country!   Through traveling and living in other places she has come to realise and appreciate how special North Idaho is and the wonderful quality of life it offers residence in so many ways.  A full time Realtor for 16 years, working in both California and Idaho, Real Estate has been her career since graduating from the University of Colorado.
